Welcome to RepRise. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS fitness application that helps you track workouts with automatic rep counting.

RepRise is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your workout data is stored locally on your device, and if you choose to use iCloud sync, it's stored in your personal iCloud account.

Information We Collect

Sensor & Camera Access

RepRise uses your device's sensors and front camera for automatic rep counting. This access is:

• Only used when you actively start a workout with sensor tracking enabled
• Processed entirely on your device
• Never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere
• Used solely to detect movement for counting reps

Workout Data

The app stores your workout history including:

• Workout records (date, reps, duration, mode)
• Challenge progress and streaks
• Custom workouts you create
• Goals and achievements
• App settings and preferences

Game Center (Live Workouts)

If you use live workout features with friends, RepRise uses Game Center which is managed by Apple. Your Game Center profile and friends are handled according to Apple's privacy policy.

iCloud Sync (Pro Feature)

If you enable iCloud sync with RepRise Pro, your workout data is synced to your personal iCloud account. This data is:

• Stored in your personal iCloud container
• Encrypted by Apple
• Only accessible by you and your devices
• Not accessible to us or any third party

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Count your exercise reps using face detection
• Track your workout history and progress
• Display statistics and achievements
• Sync data across your devices (if you enable iCloud)
• Enable live workouts with friends (via Game Center)

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal workout data to any third parties.

RepRise integrates with the following services:

• Apple iCloud: For syncing workout data (optional, Pro feature)
• Apple Game Center: For multiplayer features (optional)
• Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics to improve the app
• Google AdMob: For displaying ads (free version only)

Analytics data is anonymized and does not include your workout records or personal fitness data.

Data Security

Your workout data is protected through:

• Local storage on your device's secure file system
• Realm database encryption for workout history
• Keychain storage for sensitive information (like Pro status)
• Apple's iCloud encryption (if sync is enabled)

Data Retention

Your workout data is stored on your device until you choose to delete it. You can:

• Delete individual workout records from within the app
• Reset all data from the app settings
• Delete the app to remove all local data
• Manage iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your workout data within the app
• Export: Your data can be accessed through your iCloud account
• Deletion: Delete individual records or all data at any time
• Permissions: Revoke camera access via iOS Settings at any time

Children's Privacy

RepRise does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences. Workout data is stored locally and does not require account creation.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
