By downloading, installing, and using RepRise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RepRise is an advanced ARKit fitness, exercise tracker, and workout counter application designed to provide users with an enhanced fitness experience through motion tracking, rep counting, and various workout modes. The App offers both free and Pro versions with additional features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

5. Pro Version

The Pro version of the App offers additional features such as custom workout planners, detailed exercise analytics, and an ad-free experience. The Pro version is available through a subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and payment terms are as specified in the App. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time.

6. Health and Safety

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. The developers of the App are not responsible for any health problems that may result from training programs, products, or events you learn about through the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. User Content

You may be able to submit, post, or share content, including workout routines and other information, through the App. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the developers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of the App, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
